A Meditation for Dealing With Conflict

When I speak about my book, The Buddha Walks into the Office, I am often asked the same question: "What do I do about the jerks I work with?" There are always people with whom we end up in conflict in some way, and sometimes we are the source of conflict. Meditation can help us develop compassion and empathy to be aware of our own tendencies and better manage conflict with others.
